Design for growth, not just launch - Building solutions that work for 20 people today but scale to 1000+ without breaking.

Ship smart, not perfect - Knowing when to launch something that's "good enough" versus when to push for that extra polish that really matters.

I design with what teams already have in place - improving, not restarting, so adoption happens faster.
