ComX is a B2B sales automation platform designed to shorten sales cycles with AI-driven lead generation and personalized outreach. But there was a problem: launching the first campaigns could take up to 45 days.
The onboarding began with 19 in-depth questions,
and the average completion time was 45 days.
For customers trying to close deals faster, waiting that long meant lost opportunities. Add to that confusing dashboards and overwhelming metrics, and users weren’t getting the value ComX promised.

The redesign had to solve two pressing problems at once: launch speed and data clarity. Customers wanted to move fast, but they also needed to understand results at a glance.
We focused on three goals:
Cut time-to-launch so customers could see results in weeks, not months.
Simplify performance metrics so users could easily track what mattered.
Streamline workflows so teams could focus on selling, not wrestling with the platform.
Rebuilding the campaign flow for momentum
The design process was iterative, but the focus of every decision was speed, how to help customers launch campaigns faster. We worked in weekly sprint cycles, breaking the work into clear phases:
Research and journey mapping → 1-on-1 interviews with the ComX team and customers to uncover pain points and map out the current campaign flow.
Identify opportunities → We translated user insights into a flowchart of the campaign process, helping us pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation.
Prototype and test → We co-created and tested interactive prototypes, iterating on concepts based on multiple rounds of usability testing.
Refine and scale → After validating the final concept, we delivered a high-fidelity design and modular product versions to support scalable development.
