Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JIG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

JIG grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any of its content, including artwork and game mechanics.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content within JIG, including but not limited to artwork, puzzles, graphics, and code, are the property of Lorant Trellay and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without explicit written permission.

Payment & Refunds

JIG is available for a one-time purchase of €2.99. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not offer direct refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

User Conduct

You agree to use JIG only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the App in any way. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and potential legal action.

Third-Party Services

The App uses open-source libraries (such as Expo and AsyncStorage) and Cloudflare for content delivery. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or any issues arising from their use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

JIG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorant Trellay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of JIG, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or device damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to JIG at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lorant Trellay operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
