Developed an AI-enhanced automation that saved 15+ hours per week.
Client
The CEO wanted to automate publishing podcast clips across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Each upload was eating hours every week, with every platform requiring different formats and sizes.
Challenge
The studio was producing a growing library of podcast clips, but sharing them on social media had become a bottleneck. The team was losing 15+ hours every week to repetitive work, reformatting, resizing, and scheduling posts across platforms.
Impact
Built custom n8n automation workflows enhanced with AI capabilities that streamlined the entire social media operation. This freed up 15+ hours weekly for billable work while expanding their reach without additional hires.

A time-draining bottleneck
Publishing podcast clips to YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok was eating up hours every week. Each platform demanded different formats, file sizes, and steps. The more content was produced, the heavier the bottleneck became.

Starting with the biggest win
It was obvious we couldn’t solve everything at once. The first priority was clear: automating video uploads. This alone would reclaim the most time and prove the value of the workflow.
Wrestling with platform limits
The resources were limited, so I had to stick with the free versions of most APIs. That meant running into limits right away:
YouTube capped us at 1–2 uploads per day.
X (Twitter) only allowed small file uploads, so clips had to be compressed under 5MB.
TikTok wouldn’t let us connect without an approved app.
These restrictions shaped the first version of the system.
I focused on getting video uploads working smoothly within those boundaries, while leaving space to expand later.
Cutting hours of work every week
Even with those limits, the automation saved more than 15 hours weekly. What used to be a bottleneck became a smooth, repeatable process.
